Sub Hypotheses and Methodology

I've chosen the subhypotheses A and D. They are:

- "The nature and direction of waves has helped to determine the beach profile."
- "The width of the beach is related to sediment size."

The measurements I'm going to use are the following:
Some of them will be illustrated and the information put in annotations.

- Pebble Measurement, Size
- Pebble Measurement, Size and Roundness
- Width of Beach
- Wave Height
- Wave Length
- Swash Time
- Swash and Backswash

  1. Excellent use of the blog Evelina! The only risk that I see in choosing those two is that they ultimately will become too similar. The beach width is related to wave patterns, i.e. destructive or constructive waves. Destructive waves creating a narrow beach while the opposite in the constructive wave beach environments...or is it simply a type-o. Are you thinking of the angle of the beach is related to sediment size. You probably are, isn't that right?!

  2. I was choosing between A and B, or A and D, and I thought you said we couldn't have A and B. So we can't have that or A and D? I was looking at some of the collected data and found the ones required for D less confusing than those for B or C, (which you refer to when you say angle of the beach is related to sediment size).
